Introducing Cheez-Noms (Stickers)

Hello there, MonkeyMaids fam!
It's a whole new week, and we're starting it off at 114% funded! We're less than $150 away from our first stretch goal…bookmarks with all paperbacks!
It feels like a great day to introduce you to…
Cheez-Noms™
MonkeyMaids opens on an outright melee taking place in the kitchen. The monkeys have gone berserk—hooting, hollering, gibbering, leaps from the cabinets and ceiling fan.
The source of the ruckus?
A few bags of Cheez-Noms™ that Leo brought home from a coffee run. The evidence of the mayhem can be easily spied in the "Cheezy Mayhem" cover art Jayel Draco created for the book.
Leo narrates:
I’d brought the monkeys some Cheez-Noms™ about an hour ago, buying them on a whim when I’d run out to TarMucks and the corner store earlier. But three bags had only whetted the dairy fiends’ appetites, and fights had broken out as the supply dwindled.
The male spider monkey had made off with his weirdly long arms full of tasty treats, and the tension in the room had exploded into mayhem that had yet to subside. There were only crumbs left scattered around the kitchen, but animosity over the cheesy morsels was still sparking up into violence all around me.
Leo learns his lesson and swears the monkeys off of dairy products entirely, but the damage is already done.
No primate—monkey, ape, or human—can resist the draw of these delicious dairy treats. Crispy, crunchy, and delectable cheez-y, Cheez-Noms™ would bring out the monkey in anybody!
That's why artist Jayel Draco has created a high-quality 3" holographic sticker of an open bag of everybody's favorite treat!
The stickers are available as add-ons to physical-level backers here in Kickstarter, and they'll be available to everybody in BackerKit after the campaign ends!
The Winchester-Nabu Detective Agency: The Case of the Roughed-Up Rodent is a 22-page comic by writer Amber Love, artist Margaret Blane and letterer and designerHaley Rose-Lyon.
In this stand alone one-shot, private detectives Oliver Winchester and Guster Nabu investigate an attack on Shrewise Peete, a local critter.
The humans, Amber and Joe, take Ollie and Gus out to the neighborhood where they can talk to informants and friends to gather information about this crime.

Chat GPT Takes on MonkeyMaids
This morning I finally took the plunge and started poking around at ChatGPT. I'm extremely suspicious of AI generally, but it occurred to me that it would be very interesting to get its take on MonkeyMaids.
So I asked it: "Tell me what is likely to happen if you put 17 untrained monkeys into a small apartment with two humans who do not know how to care for them."
And this is the answer it gave me:
Honestly, I'm pretty impressed that ChatGPT immediately told me that the premise for this story is unethical and dangerous. It even named our chat "Monkeys and Humans - Danger." (Or 🐒 + 🧑 = ☠️)
The dire nature of this prediction…words like "aggressive behavior," "property damage," "injury," and "recipe for disaster"…also highlight just how absurd this story is.
That is to say…I know that 17 monkeys in a 2-bedroom apartment is a "recipe for disaster." But let's pretend it really happened for Leo and Liz…and let's run with it!
Let's keep this ridiculous train rolling, folks! Next stop…monkeybusiness.
Our series delights readers with an interest in mythology, unsolved mysteries, thrilling action, history, and the occasional small, personal story. These tales are woven together to tell one epic adventure.
This next adventure takes place over 24 pages, beginning with Tart Acid tracking a serial killer down the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. But if this was an ordinary evil, Tart wouldn't be on the case…
